We’ll review your form and get back to you within 48 hours to confirm bunk availability. If space is available, we’ll send you a detailed expedition questionnaire, medical form, and outline the next steps. 

If your application is accepted, you’ll receive an invoice for a $500 deposit to secure your berth. The remaining balance is due by January 1 (if sailing next year) or within 15 days (if your trip is in the same calendar year).

Application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline an application at our discretion (though this is rare).
