Our favorite resource for learning all things marine engines and electrics related, BoatHowTo features the teachings of Nigel Calder and Dr. Jan Athenstadt (both of whom happen to be Malo owners). Their courses are comprehensive yet approachable and will serve any boat owner well.

Port Townsend Sails

Skagit Valley College Marine Technology Program

The SVC Marine Technology Center in Anacortes, WA is a gem of a marine trade program and where we completed our marine technician training and certifications. Check out the Skallywags YouTube channel which is chock full of DIY resources and learning for cruisers and marine professionals alike.
